As the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of BIPOC Lenses, a magazine celebrating students of color, I launched and led the publication from the beginning, producing 11 issues. I developed and wrote stories, created and designed the layout, managed a diverse team, and ensured each issue amplified underrepresented voices.
